ST.ALBANS - Barbara E. Smith, age 91, wife of the late Lorrial Smith, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans.
She was born in Medford, MA on November 11, 1924 the daughter of the late Percy & Marion (Harris) Lattime
Barbara was a resident of Massachusetts most of her life and for the past several years made her home in St. Albans. On May 10, 1947 Barbara married Lorrial Smith and became a stay at home Mom. Prior to her marriage Barbara worked as a Comptometer Operator. She enjoyed doing needle work, crocheting and making doll cloths.
She is survived by her son, Gary R. Smith of Hampton Beach, NH; her brother, Richard Lattime of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, Curtis & Phyllis Lattime.
In keeping with Barbaras wishes she will be cremated and there will be no funeral services or visiting hours. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the East Franklin Cemetery.
