Chad "Foot" M. Cline

ST. ALBANS – Chad “Foot” Cline Sr., loving father of three children, devoted fiancé and son passed away unexpectedly at the age of 40.

He was born in St. Albans on July 17, 1980 to Randy Gabree & Darlene Cline.

Chad was born and raised in Franklin County, VT and spent much of his life here. He worked in construction for many years and was a jack of all trades. Chad was always helping people, enjoyed making the lives of others easier and always had a smile on his face. One of Chad’s many talents was making people laugh. Dull moments with Chad around were few and far between. Above all else, Chad loved his family. Going on vacations and camping trips with his children and fiancée, especially to the ocean, and hanging out in his backyard listening to music were his favorite things to do. His world revolved around his children, his fiancée and his dogs, Thor, Case and Molly. Chad’s great personality and huge heart will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Chad Cline Jr. of Swanton, Kiley Cline and Cameron Gosselin and their mother and Chad’s best friend and fiancée, Brittanny Barrows of St. Albans; his parents, Randy Gabree and Darlene Cline of St. Albans; siblings, Randy “Skeet” Gabree II and his companion Angela Bohannon of Swanton, Brandy Gabree and her companion Casey Smith of Cairo, NY and Patience Gabree of St. Albans; nieces and nephews, Kale, Rhea and Leona Smith and Cayde Lasnier; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, especially his lifelong friend, Chucky Convard. Chad was predeceased by his grandmother, Constance Brow; great grandmother, Florabelle Brow; and uncles, Spencer Cline and Todd Partlow.

Family and friends are invited to Chad’s Life Celebration events to include visitation on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 2-4:00 PM at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT 05488.
