ENOSBURG FALLS - Claire E. Roberge, age 82, passed away Friday evening, July 15, 2016 at the St. Albans Health & Rehab Center.
She was born March 6, 1934 in Newport the daughter of the late Ludger & Edith (Brochu) Daigneault.
Claire retired from the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans as an admitting clerk after more than 20 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and reading. She also loved her cats.
She is survived her daughters, Sharon Lee Larose of Enosburg Falls and Judy Roberge and her husband Scott Griffith of Stowe; her grandsons, Dylon Larose of Burlington, and Dakota Larose and his companion Agatha Delisle of Enosburg Falls; her great grandchildren, Dominic & Taylor Larose; and her sister, Olive White and family of Newport. Besides her parents, Claire was predeceased by her husband Richard J. Dick Roberge; and her son-in-law, Andre Larose.
Claires family wishes to thank the staff at Our Lady of the Meadows in Richford and the staff at St. Albans Health & Rehab for the professional and compassionate care provided to her during her illness.
A time of visitation will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 2-4 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls. Interment will be held privately in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
