Montgomery - Creigh D. Sylvester, 74, a former resident of Montgomery and Sheldon died on Sunday evening, July 8, 2007 at the Maple Lane Nursing Home in Barton.

Creigh was born on March 3, 1933 in Montgomery, the son of Phil and Emma E. (Parento) Sylvester. He served his country during the Korean War from 1952 to 1956 when he was honorably discharged from the US Army. Creigh was a former member of American Legion Post # 42 in Enosburg Falls.
