David Therrien

SWANTON-David A. Therrien, age 49, passed away on Sunday, May 21st, 2023 at his home with his family by his side.

He was born in St. Albans on September 22nd, 1973 to Lawrence and Elaine (St.Francis) Therrien.

David attended Missisquoi Valley Union High School. David was a truck driver for many years for several companies including, Duffy's Waste and Recycling, and most recently DFA in St. Albans. David had a passion for anything with motors including four wheelers, cars, and his dream car was a '57 chevy camaro. He enjoyed long rides through Stowe, leaf peeping, and hikes with the family. David was a hardworking, kindhearted man.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Holly (Duprey) Therrien; children, Samantha Therrien and her fiancé, Adam Green, and Christopher Therrien; grand-children, Alyssa Marie, Ethan Michael, Caleb Matthew; mother, Elaine Therrien; siblings, Lawrence Therrien Jr, and Angela Chapman; special nephew, Justin Hazard; special friends, Darrell Myer and Roger Barratt; beloved dogs, Bella Marie and Jasper Michael and several cousins.

In keeping with David's wishes there will be no public services.
