Dawn Bergeron

RICHFORD - Dawn Bergeron, age 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the Northwestern Medical Center with her loving sisters by her side.

She was born July 15, 1952, in St. Albans, Vermont to the late Jean Guy & Myrtle (Towle) Bergeron.

Dawn was a graduate of Richford High School class of 1970. After graduation she moved to Burlington with a group of her friends. She started working in retail at Grandway, where she became head of the women's clothing department, and was always dressed to a T. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #12 of Richford. She loved scratch tickets, yard sales, and thrift stores. She was especially known for her love of cats. Dawn was previously employed by Caledonia Home Health in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, before moving back to Richford.

Dawn leaves behind her siblings, Susan Stephens, Bette Paquette, and Jeffrey Bergeron and his wife Debbie all of Richford; her aunt, Linda VanGieson and her husband Merle of Montgomery; nephews, Jeremy Paquette and his wife Sherry, Nathan Paquette and wife Kristen, Patrick Stephens and his wife Christina, Dylan Stephens and his wife Courtney, and Jordan Greenwood; and several cousins, nephews, and nieces, and her dear friend, Sheila Mott of Richford. In addition to her parents, Dawn was predeceased by her great nephew, Jeremy Paquette Jr.; brother-in-law, Larry Stephens; and several aunts and uncles.

Friends & family are invited to Dawn's life celebration on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, to include visitation from 1-3:00 PM at the Goss-Spears Life Celebration Home, 96 Dickenson Ave., Enosburg Falls, VT. A graveside memorial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Richford, VT, 314 Main Street, Richford, VT.
