Deb Clark Turcotte, 62, of Richford, Vermont, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 4, 2025, just two days before her 63rd birthday, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Newport, Rhode Island, Deb was the daughter of Beverly Clark and the late David Clark. She graduated summa cum laude and was captain of her high school cheerleading team.
Deb proudly served as a federal agent until her retirement in 2018. She was known for her vibrant personality, infectious laugh, and generous spirit. She never arrived empty-handed and was always ready to help others.
She was a passionate advocate, Girl Scout troop leader, and DJ. She also volunteered in the past at Richford Day Camp, where she taught local children how to golf. A devoted animal lover, she often took in displaced pets from her community.
Deb loved concerts, gardening, sunbathing, and family trips to Old Orchard Beach. She found joy in visiting her childhood home in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, and in cheering for the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Turcotte. She also leaves behind her daughters, Juliana Turcotte and her partner Andrew Hemple, and Sarah Turcotte and her partner Ellis Cady. Deb is also survived by her mother, Beverly Clark, her beloved dog, Duke, and her cats, Callie and Isabella.
A celebration of Deb's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter in her memory or that you honor Deb by helping someone in need, just as she always would.
