ENOSBURG FALLS - Eva J. Mosier, age 85, widow of Edson Buddy Mosier, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, May 29, 2010.
She was born July 1, 1924 in Berkshire the daughter of the late Elphea & Floreda (Bourgea) Fourier.
Eva and her husband Buddy, owned & operated the Berkshire Pub in the 1960s and the during the 1970s and early 1980s owned and operated Mosiers Nursing Home in Richford, moving to Enosburg Falls in 1983.
Eva enjoyed knitting, playing cards, going to lawn sales, animals, and riding motorcycles & truck with Buddy.
She is survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and her special caregivers, Ruby Jones, Rose Paquette, Jamie Rushford, Diane Beauregard & Marta Timm and nieces, Rose Lamoureaux & Roberta Martin. Besides her parents, Eva was predeceased by her husband Edson Buddy Mosier on July 28, 1984.
In keeping with Evas wishes there will no funeral services or visiting hours. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in the West Berkshire Cemetery.
