RICHFORD - Guy Gabriel Chuck Breault, Jr., age 47, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday July 19, 2009 as the result of a boating accident on Lake Carmi.
Chuck was born September 26, 1961 in St. Albans the son of Guy G. & Nancy (Langdell) Breault.
Chuck grew up in Enosburg Falls and as a young boy was a member of the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. He was a 1979 graduate of Enosburg Falls High School.
Chuck has been employed by the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation as a Central Garage Technician for the past 15 years and was a former employee of Beauregard Equipment, Giroux Brothers, and McDermotts Trucking.
Chuck was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing but his passion was deer hunting, making annual hunting trips with his friends to Maine, Ontario & Connecticut.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy (Provasi) Breault of Richford; his children, Amanda Giroux and her husband Jonathan of St. Albans Bay, Josh Ledoux of Scottsville, KY, and Adam Breault of Richford; his parents, Guy & Nancy Breault of Enosburg Falls; his sisters, Rita Pothier and her husband Ben of Enosburg Falls, and Mary Baril and her husband Darren of Bakersfield; his mother-in-law, Sharon Provasi of Barre; sisters-in-law, Billie Jo St. Amour and her husband Richard of Burlington, Bobbie Salls and her friend Pat Stanley of Swanton, Tammy Provasi of Barre, and Vicki Woodward and her husband Mike of Barre; brother-in-law, Rob Provasi of Fairfield; his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Samantha, Jeremy, Mya, Carlee, Haley, Riley, Kelli, Paige, Josh, Ashley, Jared, and Jack; his puppy, Oliver; many aunts, uncles & cousins; and several hunting buddies. He was predeceased by a brother, Mark Breault on May 12, 1985; a sister, Nicole Breault on July 10, 1999; and his father-in-law, Robert Provasi on June 18, 2004.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 27, 2009 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Enosburg Falls with Rev. Daniel Jordan celebrating the Mass of Christian burial. Interment will follow in the Breault family lot at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Enosburg Falls.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 3-6 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
