Jeffrey T. Sise

SWANTON - Jeffrey T. Crow Sise, age 59, a lifelong resident of Swanton passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Northwestern Medical Center.

He was born on September 5, 1958 to Billy Jo Sise and Theresa (Lampman) Sise. Jeff attended school in Swanton. He enjoyed woodworking and working with his good friend Bill Daniels.

He is survived by his two daughters, Torrey Sise from Fletcher and Melanie and Kevin LaPierre of Georgia; grandchildren, Avery, Gage, Caitlin, Madison, Emma, William Joseph and Nathanna (Pooh); sister, Melody Hatch and brother, Steven Sise. He is also survived by his fianc Melody and her daughter Crystal. Jeff was predeceased by his parents and sister-in-law Pam Sise.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Kidder Memorial Home, 89 Grand Avenue, Swanton. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Swanton.

Visitation will be held at Kidder Memorial Home on Thursday from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.

The family would like to invite family and friends to gather at the Abenaki Nation of Missisquois location at 100 Grand Avenue, Swanton, Vermont following the graveside service to celebrate Jeffreys life.
