John R. Loiselle

SWANTON – John R. Loiselle, age 63, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 with his loving family by his side.

John was born in St. Albans, VT, on May 19, 1959, to the late Roger and Lise (Berthiaume) Loiselle.

John dedicated his life to his family. He enjoyed family poker night, trips to the casino, and pool league. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, and woodworking, and he took great pride in his gardens and lawn. He was an avid Boston Bruins and NASCAR fan.

John was employed for 31 years at Shelburne Limestone Corp. “SLC” in Swanton, VT.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Bohannon) and their children, Lyz Cadieux and her significant other Jerry Burnor, Corey Loiselle and his significant other Rachel Taylor, Cody Loiselle and his wife Renee, and Casey Parizo and her husband Tyler; grandchildren, Keegan, Sylar, Emma, Raelyn, Carter, Tanner and Camden; brother, Marcel Loiselle and his wife Cindy; brother, Allain Loiselle and his wife Beth; sister, Claire Hindes and her husband Chris; brother Norman Loiselle and his wife Connie; brother, Daniel Loiselle and his wife Cathy; brother, Patrick Loiselle and his significant other CJ; sister-in-law, Bonnie Paquette and her husband Richard; many nieces & nephews. John was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Jeanette Loiselle.

Friends and family are invited to John’s Life Celebration on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Swanton VFW Post 778, 8 Merchants Row, Swanton, VT 05488.
