Kathleen Foster

LeRoy, NY - Kathleen M. Foster, 90, passed away on Monday October 6, 2014 at Rochester General Hospital.

She was born on April 19, 1924 in Montgomery, VT to the late George & Hazel (Doe) Paxman. She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick C. Foster; brother, Ernest Paxman; sister, Beulah Jones and son-in-law Lawrence Green.

Kathleen was a member of the Roanoke Community Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Foster enjoyed being around family and friends. She also loved to play cards, paint and play bingo.

She is survived by her children Wayne (Kathy) Foster of Elba, NY, Bryan (Paula) Foster of IL, Janice Green of LeRoy, NY, Bonnie (Larry) Riffel of IL; sister, Hattie Mayotte of Richford, VT; sister-in-law, Marjorie Paxman of Westfield, VT along with 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls. Interment will follow in the Richford Center Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be held Friday from 6-8 PM at the Spears Funeral Home in Enosburg Falls.
