St. Albans - Kimberly C. Dow, 54, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington.
Kim was born on April 27, 1959 in St. Albans, the daughter of Wilfred B. and Elizabeth (Montgomery) Neveau. She was a graduate of Enosburg Falls High School.
Kim was a hard worker with a generous and strong character. She enjoyed time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Halloween was one of her favorite times.
Surviving are her husband, Tracy W. Dow, her children Taylor Dow and Kasey Dow and granddaughters Nevaeh Dow and Aliyah Vincelette all of St. Albans; her brother Lance Neveau of Highgate ; sister Candace Adams of Enosburg Falls; nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Kim was predeceased by a sister Vicki Royea.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave. in Enosburg Falls with Rev. Lyle Willey officiating. There are no calling hours planned.
