RICHFORD - Leroy Floyd Manosh -
Leroy recently celebrated his 72nd birthday and decided he had enough and died at the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans on Monday, March 7, 2011. He has gone home to be with his Parents, Floyd & Sadie (Longe) Manosh and older brother, Robert Manosh who was killed in WWII.
He was born and educated in Montgomery Center and served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a steeple jack and painter and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone that needed it.
For the past few years Leroy has made his home with his sister, Theresa and was very thankful for the care he received from her and Theresas daughter Jennifer and her children.
He leaves his brother, Carlton Longe of Johnson; his sister, Rachel Lemay and her husband Adelord Chief of Danielson, CT; his brother, Roland Manosh and his wife Peggy of Jewett City, CT; his sister, Avis Anderson and her husband Robert of Bakersfield; and his sister, Patricia Theresa Bolt of Richford; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also predeceased by a brother-in-law, Bruce Bolt; and a great nephew, Jeremy Ryea.
A reception for friends and relatives will be held Saturday March 12, 2011 at the Somerset Inn, 57 Depot St Enosburg Falls from 1 to 4 PM. Burial will be held later this spring at the convenience of the family.
