Mary Rockwell

ENOSBURG FALLS - Mary Mae Rockwell, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025, at the age of 57.

She was born on July 30, 1967 in Saint Albans to the late Clifford Rockwell and Beverly (Lawyea) Sweeney.

Mary was an exceptional individual who dedicated her life to her family. Her love for animals was evident in her home, where many furry friends enjoyed her affection. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren, finding great joy in their laughter and play. In her quieter moments, Mary found solace in crocheting, creating warm and thoughtful crafts, and indulging in true crime shows.

Mary is survived by her spouse, Kevin Savoie; her children, Katie Ladue and her significant other Mike Martin, and her children Dominick, Melaney, and Michael, Justin Rockwell, and his daughter, Lylas and her mother, Kasi McWilliams, Michelle Sweet, and Elizabeth; her siblings, Patty Severance, Jeneen Therrien and her husband Kyle, Christopher Sweeney, Beverly Baranik and her husband Jeff, Brian Newell and his wife Pam, and Robert Sweeney Jr; a special family member, Amy Hulbert and her children Jacob, Lillian, and Aubrey; and many cousins, nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her sister, Angela Kulengosky; and her step-father, Robert Sweeney Sr.

In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be no public services for her.
