EAST BERKSHIRE - Michael Amann, age 21, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep at his home on January 31, 2011.
He was born February 7, 1989 in Hohenems, Austria the son of Edwin Franz Joseph & Waltraut Margaretha (Hribar) Amann.
Michael had visited Vermont many times and during one of his trips he met a girl and it was love at first sight. Their time spent was priceless and short, falling in love in a milking parlor. Michael had to go back to Austria and told her he would return. They spent 3 months apart and when he came back he married that girl. Michael married Katherine Fregeau on October 4, 2008 at Davis Park in Richford surrounded by family and friends.
Michael had come from Austria in search of something new and exciting, a place he could call home. Well he found that place and now he has left his home to watch over his family and friends. Anybody who knew Michael would know that he worked hard, loved his family and liked to play hard too. He was the funniest person and could make you laugh even when you didnt want to.
