ENOSBURG FALLS - Norman E. Locke, age 92, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Brownway Residence in Enosburg Falls.
He was born July 16, 1921 in Craftsbury, VT the son of the late Raymond Lacoss & Nancy Locke. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Thelma Lacoss and a nephew, Tim Lacoss both of Orleans.
In keeping with Normans wishes he will be cremated and buried next to his grandfather in Craftsbury at the convenience of his family.
