ST. ALBANS / FAIRFIELD - Pamela J. Jettie, age 47, passed away Friday morning June 17, 2011 at Fletcher Allen Health care following a lengthily illness with diabetes.
She was born December 10, 1963 in Milford, CT the daughter of the late Leo S Jettie, Jr. & Helen (Raymond) Jettie.
Pam was a 1981 graduate of BFA-St.Albans. At the age of 18 she was diagnosed with diabetes and has gone through many years of dialysis. During these many years of illness Pam was able to endure many trying times due to her valued friendship with Jim Sexton.
She worked on several area dairy farms including the Dan Howrigan Farm and the John Gorton Farm both in Fairfield. She also had been a private duty home care provider in the area.
Pam loved to spend time with her family especially her nieces and nephew. She also enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts and was a tireless shopper.
She is survived by her brothers, Jim Jettie and his daughter Jaime of Fairfield and David Dusty Westberg his wife Karen and their children Hannah & Justina of Victor, MT; her grandmother, Doris Raymond of Sheldon; her step-mother, Barbara Jettie of Milford, CT; several aunts, uncles & cousins; also her cat, Mr. Magoo. Besides her parents, Pam was predeceased by her brother, Randy Jettie.
A graveside service will be held Monday June 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Sheldon Village Cemetery, Sheldon Woods Rd., Sheldon.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 4-7 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
