Ralph F. Kane

SHELDON – Ralph F. Kane, age 85, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Birchwood Terrace in Burlington.

He was born in East Sheldon on March 3, 1935 to the late Roscoe & Emelda (Gervais) Kane.

Ralph was a farmer his entire life. He loved animals and caring for them, but he had a passion especially for raising heifers. He was a life-long member of St. John the Baptist Church. When he wasn’t farming, Ralph enjoyed going for rides, and spending Sunday’s at camp – he hardly missed a weekend!

He lived with his brother Marcel and his wife Irmalee and developed a special bond with their children who survive him. They include, Linda Gagne and her husband Andy of Montgomery, Donna Kane and her husband Mark of Sheldon, Tom Kane and his wife Nancy of Sheldon, Sherry Underwood and her husband David of Sheldon, Jeff Kane and his wife Shannon of Sheldon, and Suzie McAllister and her husband Gary of Montgomery; several other nieces & nephews; and many great nieces & nephews. Ralph was predeceased by his parents, and all of his brothers and sisters.

Friends and family are invited to Ralph’s Life Celebration on Friday, December 18, 2020 to include a graveside memorial service at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Stone House Rd., Enosburg Falls.
