ENOSBURG FALLS, VT / HYDE PARK, MA - Rita M. Boucher, age 87, passed away Friday March 20, 2009 at the Park Place Nursing Home in Hyde Park, Massachusetts.
She was born July 1, 1921 in West Berkshire, Vermont the daughter of the late George & Celanire (Demain) Boucher.
Rita has been a resident of the Boston area since 1941 and was employed as a LPN at the Shattuck Hospital for many years retiring in 1986.
Rita is survived by her sister Bertrande Beatrice Boucher of Hyde Park, MA; a great nephew, Alan Coulombe. Besides her parents, Rita was predeceased by her brother, George Alexander Boucher; her sister Lillian Paquette; and her nephew, Romeo Coulombe.
The Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday March 26, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Enosburg Falls. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
