Roger Deuso

Montgomery Ctr. - Roger C. Deuso, age 58, passed away early Sunday morning March 21, 2010 at his home in Montgomery Center surrounded by his loved ones.

Roger was born on March 6, 1952 in Montgomery the son of the late Calvin Booty Farrand and Olive (Donna) Deuso.

He is survived by his loving wife Lila (Williams) Deuso; a son Allen Deuso and his wife Sandy of Enosburg and Allens son Kody Deuso of Belvidere; a daughter Shelley Deuso and her fiance Paul Poulin and Shelleys daughter Olivia Deuso all of Montgomery Center; step-daughters Bridget and Samantha Stanhope of Montgomery Center; a brother John Deuso and his friend Gloria Longe of Montgomery; a brother Steven Becky Deuso and his wife Darlene of Eden; several nieces and nephews; and his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Harold Doc & Cheryl Williams of Montgomery Center. Besides his parents, Roger was predeceased by his sister, Jennie Soule.

Roger worked for Richard Greenwood as a logger and then with his brother Becky at Eden Auto Body before he started Deuso Auto Service in 1995. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, with his favorite driver being Kyle Busch. He liked working in his flower gardens. Roger enjoyed entertaining his family and close friends, and loved to make them laugh. He also enjoyed playing games such as Yahtzee, Solitaire, and UNO.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday March 26, 2010 from 3-6 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls. Interment will be held in the spring at the Belvidere Cemetery.
