RICHFORD - Roy Dennison Gallup, age 82, husband of the late Florence (Peters) Gallup, passed away Thursday July 19, 2007 at the Haven Health Care Facility in St. Albans.
\tHe was born December 5, 1924 in Danville, Quebec Canada the son of the late Willard & Ellen (Bennett) Gallup.
\tRoy moved from Canada to Vermont in 1956 and worked on several area dairy farms before being employed at H.K. Webster in Richford for 20 years retiring in 1990.
\tHe is survived by a step-son, Orfice Peters of Florida; a step-son-in-law, Richard Domina of St. Albans; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; 2 special nieces, Susie Gallup & Shirley Mathers both of Quebec. Besides his parents and his wife he was predeceased by a step-daughter Roberta Domina; and a half sister, Ruby Gallup.
\tIn keeping with Roys wishes, a graveside service will be held Tuesday July 24, 2007 at 3:00 PM at the Richford Center Cemetery with Pastor Lyle Willey officiating. There will be no visiting hours.
