Russell Longley

GRAND ISLE – Russell J. Longley, age 55, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at his home in Grand Isle.

He was born in Newburgh, NY on September 12, 1965 to Patricia (Wynne) Call and the late Leroy Longley.

Russell worked at Walmart in St. Albans for the past several years where he made countless friends that became family. He loved his job there, and the people he worked with. Russell enjoyed going fishing, playing video games, spending time at Lost Nation Guns & Ammo, and being with his children.

He is survived by his three daughters, Tiffany Lennon and her husband Brian of Rutland, Meagan Lackey of Port Leyden, NY, and Gypsy Burdo of Swanton; his mother, Patricia Call of Connecticut; siblings, Peter Longley and his wife Cathy, and Bonnie Longley; his significant other, Katie Ruffels of St. Albans; and several nieces & nephews. Russell was predeceased by his father, Leroy Longley.

Friends and family are invited to Russell’s Life Celebration on Monday, March 29, 2021 at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT to include an open house visitation from 4-7:00 PM followed with sharing of memories.
