ENOSBURGH - Timothy Peter Perley, age 42, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at his home. He was born April 8, 1974, in Burlington, Vermont.
Tim was a 1993 graduate of Enosburg Falls, Junior/Senior High School and attained his welding certificate. He then entered the trade of mechanics. He found the test of untangling the web of motor vehicle tribulations intriguing and challenging and had great satisfaction when mastering it. He had a unique ability to look outside-the-box for solutions.
He spent the majority of his life being a father to his son, Dawson that he cherished so very much. He experienced true joy with all that he and Dawson shared. They enjoyed bike riding, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, dirt-biking, hiking, watching movies, making tacos, and overall just being together, laughing and conversing with one another. He always looked forward to attending Dawsons athletic events. He was so very proud of his sons many abilities and accomplishments in his short life.
Anyone who knew Tim knew of the unique and special bond he had with Dawsons younger brother, Levi. They had a mutual connection to one another from infancy to present day and beyond.
Tim was a very colorful individual with many, many layers. He was fearless, both literally and figuratively. He kept his relationship with his father and sister very close to his heart. He highly respected and adored them both. He had friends from all walks of life. He had an exceptional ability to be able to make anyone, even strangers, feel significant and that they too had a place in this world. It was often said that Tim would give you the shirt of his back, if he had one! (He often preferred to be shirtless). He chose to live his life freely, without encumbrances. He felt you should be true to your soul regardless of the rights or wrongs , should dos and dont dos ; be who you are and love deeply.
He is survived by his father, Peter E. Perley and his fianc Roberta Morin of Enosburg Falls; his sister, Melissa St. Pierre her husband Jason and their daughters Emma & Mia of Enosburgh; a special aunt & uncle, Marilyn Sue & Albert Chuck Pearce of Richford; the mother of his son, Amber Ovitt and her children, Levi, Ethan, and Aspyn of Enosburgh with whom he always maintained a close relationship; and many friends. He was predeceased by his beloved son, Dawson Timothy-Michael Perley on June 28, 2015; his paternal grandparents, Merrill & Fern Perley; and his cousin, Thomas Cook.
