William Houghton

ENOSBURGH - William Houghton Sr., age 71, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, with his loving family by his side.

He was born in St. Albans, Vermont on December 28, 1952, to the late Albert and Catherine (Blouin) Houghton.

William was a jokester and loved making everyone laugh. His love for his family was immeasurable. He enjoyed being a father and grandfather more than anything.

He found great enjoyment in his hobby of painting houses, roofs, and sheds. You name it, he would paint it. He also enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, showcasing his culinary skills as Chef Houghton and creating delicious meals for his loved ones.

William leaves behind his girlfriend Kim Desjardin; his children, William Houghton Jr., Bradley Houghton, Albert Houghton, Eric Stearns, William Houghton III, Samantha Houghton, Robert Houghton, Kristieanna Stetson, Tonia Houghton, and Brianna Houghton, Jenny Lanphear, and Janice Bosley; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, William was predeceased by many family members.
